08/11/08: Howdy!
I hope you are having a nice summer! I haven't had an update here for
beads in a long time. My work time is cut in half during the summer
because of the heat. I have been busy making custom sets and the few
sets I have made in between the custom sets have gone on Etsy. I don't
want to bother you with an email if I only have a few sets to show you.
I like having 10 or more sets for my updates! With Fall right around
the corner I should have beads up here soon. Don't be shy if you need
beads now just let me know and I will whip them up.
Mega Kitty is doing well, we found a wet food he likes and is eating
which is great. Before he would just lick the wet food until the
moisture was gone, never eating the chunks. I took him to the vet
Friday to check his weight, didn't gain any or lose any weight.

07/09/08:
We
have been on a rollercoaster with Mega Kitty (aka Mr. Kitty). He
has been sick for awhile now and after many visits to the vet we have
learned he is diabetic. He had blood work done back in February and
checked
out fine but last month not fine. He needs insulin shots twice a day,
there is a small chance that he will balance out in four months and not
need the insulin anymore. Mega has perked up, the worst of the symptoms
before the insulin are gone. Over the last few days he has been
sleeping more and not eating as much so he has lots of eyes on him. He
doesn't care at all about the shots, doesn't seem to even notice it. I
have to check his blood sugar a couple of times a week, it's done on
the edge of his ear and he isn't bothered by that ether! Here is our
beautiful boy!

you really want my excuses for the long gap between updates? I didn't
think so! LOL!!! I will have new beads posted on Monday, I have 4 sets
so far and I will keep working until I have lots of sets for you all. If you have a color request let me know.
